Pioneer dialogue: focusing on the product and its quality is
the secret of success in attracting customers
Pioneer dialogue program that has been organized by Asharqia Chamber represented by the Council
of the Eastern young businessman entitled " Creativity in the field of
restaurants" on Tuesday evening, April 12, 2016 on the need to focus on
the product and its quality since it is the secret of success in attracting
customers.
The owner of the restaurant "Villa Mamas" the Bahraini Ruya Salih
said during the presentation of her experience in the main office of the
Chamber that she decided to invest in the restaurant business and stop working
as an employee in a bank in which she spent 20-year.
Saleh during the meeting stressed that she has been through during the journey
of her work to many challenges. After ending her work as a banker turned
to investment in the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain and
accomplished profits and big gains, till the global financial
crisis she was forced to stop after the loss of her and everyone else,
then she decided to start again and began to focus on self-development skills
in cooking.
Saleh pointed that she started to establish her restaurant in late 2011 in the non-serviced
with water and electricity area, but she overcame this challenge to start
gaining success during just one year, pointing that the success is not easy
since she had to go through many challenges, during that she was forced
to work long hours that extended to 17 hours a day.
Saleh said that she has spent over two years in preparing her restaurant
and she is still working on it, and amid all these challenges she received 600
people a day, and 60 employees presented service to them .
Saleh mentioned that tasting the food and experiencing it and
testing its contents is considered a very special experience during work,
stressing the need to focus on the product and not paying attention to the
harmful ugly voice. For her part, the owner of, switch, salt, parkers
restaurants in Dubai, the Saudi Deem Al Bassam has reviewed her
experience she started by applying a survey about the franchise filed, and
was the result of the survey that it limits the creativity,
and from here the idea of creating private her restaurant was born.
Al Bassam said that the project was a path for her to learn and helped her to
create ideas for other restaurants and choosing the right place to
establish them, noting that she started her business in 2009 with 15 employees
to reach in 2016 to three restaurants and 400 employees.
The dialogue has discussed the importance of distinction in any work field, and
the need for creativity in issuing the product and marketing it, in addition to
the production of good consistent food of good source, and having the spirit of
creativity and compatibility The warm reception and professionalism. Also she
has reviewed the importance of high standards in the work of restaurants
fields and its effect on making the difference and attract discerning customers

enjoy the spirit of creativity the chefs have since they have the ability
to prepare food in as little time as possible at high speed and accuracy, also
they can cook all dishes and presenting them with high skill. Bassam stressed
that the stage of the selecting the staff is the most difficult considering
specific qualities that should be in them, including that he has a good
experience in the country he will work in and that he has the skill of
presenting a distinctive service expected by the client from him. In
conclusion, the chairman of the Young Women Business Council Anoud Al Rammah
has honored the two guests with memorial shields along with the director
